Fiona Mac Celebrant - Your special Wedding Ceremony – my promise to you – what is included?

• Discovery call to understand more about your dream wedding and plans.

• Face-to-face meeting/s to discuss your plans, get to know you both, and learn about how you want to feel on your special day.

• Once we have agreed date and costings, your date is secure and will only officiate at your wedding that day, so no time pressures.

• Decide on future contact methods e.g. Personal WhatsApp group.

• Individual Love Story questionnaires to share those special moments.

• Writing, curating and design of ceremony along with sourcing readings/poems/music.

• Writing, or support of writing your vows for your unique ceremony script.

• Decision on any symbolic rituals/ceremonies to be included – ring warming, hand fasting, unity candles, sand blending, memorial wine, a cocktail ritual, a floral ceremony and tree planting.

• Rehearsal with key members of the wedding party before the ceremony, if required.

• I liaise with the venue co-ordinator or events organiser, leaving you to concentrate on you!

• A personally designed certificate of commitment for you to sign on the day, with your 2 witnesses.

• Lastly, I include a full copy of your specially written ceremony transcript, so you have a constant reminder of your special day.

Costs: 2024 booked weddings - Gold package from £700, (happy to confirm after initial discovery meeting). Premium bespoke package, pricing on request. Mileage cost at 45p per mile over 50 miles from OX14.

It is important to understand that my wedding ceremonies and those conducted by any celebrant are not legally binding. You will need to have a civil ceremony at some stage of the process in order to be legally married. Most of my couples have a low-key statutory marriage registration in their local registry office first, followed by the celebration of their marriage at their chosen venue and at a time that suits them, their family and friends. The legal registration can be done at any time; however, I require it to of been completed before your ceremony with me.  NB. please allow for the additional basic cost for the legal marriage license, most registrars charge approx. £60  for this obligatory legal requirement and will conduct this meeting for you on a weekday morning (usually the week before your full wedding celebration) .
